Hello and welcome!

I am Camilla and I am a BabySleeptheNight certified and insured sleep consultant and a mama myself.

As a South African living in London, I understand what it’s like to not have the support of close family nearby to alleviate some of the pressures of being a new Mum, especially the need to get some sleep. ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ – it is my mission to be that ‘village’ for as many parents as possible. That is why I studied to be a sleep consultant and started my own sleep consultancy, and am so excited to offer my services to parents around the globe.
